After several phone calls we were directed to this property management for a pool key card. We purchased our key almost two weeks ago but it still doesn't work. They said many residents were complaining that they couldn't get in with their cards, but we see people there every day, we still can't get in. I'm sure someone would let us in, but you still need the key to get out.
