I agree with Jasmine S. that this Starbucks is one of the smaller ones but is ridiculously busy! I even order on my phone in advance to minimize/circumvent the long lineup, but sometimes that doesn't help either. It's happened to me a couple of times where I submitted the mobile order but they didn't receive the orders which was slightly frustrating.
Due to the high volume of customers at this location, the cream and sugar station is usually a mess. If you order on the mobile app, you can customize your coffee to your liking so you won't have to deal with it.
The taste of Starbucks' items are fairly consistent from store to store, especially the food items since they're all made by Gordon Food Services and delivered to the stores.
To end the review on a positive note, the employees are friendly and if you frequent the STC Starbucks enough they'll remember your name and your usual order too.
