Honestly was really excited to try this place but the service is a terrible. When we ordered the cashier did not know the product so he struggle with even ordering it at the register. Then he handled the money WITHOUT changing his gloves and continued to make he ice cream.(white gentleman with glasses) On top of all of that we had three drinks and it took 20 for them to handle a order of three ice creams prior to us and then another 10 minutes for our drinks. Now I understand the whole idea of this place being new but that is not an excuse. Also this is an ice cream place why is it hotter than an oven in there! As soon as we got into the car we tried our products. There cereal milk is literally 2% milk which is fine I guess since it's advertise as cereal milk. The cookies and cream is a fudge milk shake which works. And there nitro milk tea is literally iced coffee. Finally, why would you put a dome lid on a milk tea with zero whip cream or toppings, your asking for the drink to slosh around.....
