DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I told my daughter right away the guy seemed like a used car salesman. I told him i was in a lease and i am now on long term disability so we need some place less expensive.. he told me he could help get us out of the lease and not to worry. There's three of us on the lease so I had to pay $30 for them to do credit checks so they could pre-qualify us for the apartments. I went there on Saturday he told me he would let us know right away what we qualify for, it's now Tuesday and I hadn't heard anything so I called the office and spoke to an assistant manager and she told me since we are in a lease that we could not get into any place because any apartment complex that calls our apartment complex now and find out that we're in a lease they will decline us and they have a no-refund policy on the $10 application fees so we cannot get our $30 back. I should have listened to my gut feeling in the first place and walked out of there the minute we met this guy. He bummed a cigarette from my daughter..not very professional!
