I have been going to this Banfield for years, and even though I have moved to the other side of town, I still continue to drive to the Silverado location. This past week, I was running behind due to the construction at Eastern and the 215. After I arrived and checked in, the girl at the counter came back to inform me that the vet would be unable to see me because I was almost 15min late. I walked out, but went back inside and asked to speak to a manager. Tina came out and spoke with me, and after I explained that I would not be able to get my dog in for the rest of the week due to work, she somehow managed to squeeze me in and took care of my dog. I am so grateful, as my dog is a Senior with many health issues. My friends think I am crazy to drive so far out of the way, but this is just another example of why it is totally worth the trip.
