Made an appointment online, which was very easy. Prices seemed high, but I didn't mind since I was in dire need for eyebrow waxing! Went to the location, was treated great. However, when I got on the table, I was informed they don't do waxing? Which I didn't understand, considering it says wax on their website. If I had known they only did work with a barbers blade, I would not have made the appointment. However, * the work Jessica did with the barbers blade was very exceptional *. Went home, got on their website to confirm if there was any information about them using the blade, and there wasn't. Then checked their Instagram to find out that Jessica is still in beauty school? Not sure how she is able to practice, she might have a different certificate, but to me, this may explain why she didn't do waxing and the website says otherwise. Super confusing, but still good customer service. Unfortunately, my brows and lip hair grew back SOOO quickly. Not worth the $40+ I spent for something I could really do at home. I will not be going back, but if you like barbers blade services, I enjoyed this place.
