My niece took her cat here because it was very ill. She called and explained the symptoms and Ryan told her to come right over. Sadly Niclaus did not make it in time but the Dr and Ryan were so wonderful and consoling. When she arrived they were waiting for her and tried to revive him but sadly he passed on our way there. They even gave her a free paw print to remember Niclaus. I am so impressed that they were willing to move things around as they could tell it sounded bad. Thank you for trying to save our little fur baby and for lovely remembrance of him
