Very disappointed. Manager Kathy was unwilling to go the extra mile for customer service. Would rather take the "my hands are tied" approach than actually try to help. This is for a loyal customer who has shopped there for years. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. Again, extremely disappointed. Today you lost a customer for life.
