I have to say I'm EXTREMELY disappointed by this CVS. Going in at a very busy time of the day with a lot of traffic, I stopped at this store to buy a filter for my kitchen. This is my second time buying a filter and I have had no complaints with the product but do of the store. After rushing back home due to the excruciating weather I open the filter package to install it, as I am taking out the material, I see that all the packages are empty. The box looked like it was in great condition but the filter itself was dirty and had been used and the bags had nothing inside and were opened. I don't know if it was a return or what happened but I was sold a "new" $30+ filter that had nothing inside and the filter was dirty. This is terrible service not only because of this matter but having to go back to the store in June with a lot of traffic. I will consider not going back to this store.
