Wild North Flowers is amazing. Their lovely studio is beautifully tucked away and cutely hidden from the noisy and busy vibes of the city! That way you can go hide there for a little while from the rustle and bustle of the 6, and shop or browse peacefully! Feels like you've escaped to a fairy's workshop! The space is so inspiring! I have followed their studio for quite some time now on instagram, and recently had the opportunity to have a one on one workshop with the Head Designer there. I was so stoked when our schedules matched! It was wonderful, informative, helpful, and thorough! We started off by talking about colour theory, types of flowers/greens, shapes of bouquets, and how to organize your workspace when starting on an arrangement! We practiced by picking out blooms, and started out by making small bouquets and moved onto larger ones! We also had time to make some boutonnières and corsages! It was a really great time! They were so cordial and helped me with all my questions and concerns! In addition to that they took wonderful photos of my work. I hope to take more workshops there soon!
