When this place first opened, I was blown away by the wonderful staff. So much so that I left a glowing review on their Facebook page and booked my son's birthday party there. To quote Julia Roberts in pretty woman- Big mistake. Big. Huge.
In the past few months, it has gone seriously downhill. The employees are over it, the music is wildly inappropriate, and my party hostess sucked big hairy ballsack. I did all the work and she didn't show up until she brought the bill, where she charged me for babies, and siblings who were only there to drop off.
I can't tell you how badly I wanted to tell the world how bad this place has gotten, but I took the high road and sent them a private message instead. They never wrote me back. They just don't give a shit. And it shows.
