I booked a suite at the Veer though Lasvegassuites. The veer is a private residential building. I called 1 week prior to my arrival to find out where i am supposed to check in and was told the owner of the suite would call me a couple days prior to my arrival to meet me somewhere and give me keys. And of course never got a phone call. From the beginning when I called it seemed too sketchy to me and got nervous. So i called again and they said they would get back to me. They called me 30 minutes later and told me there was a problem with the suite and we could no longer stay there They were going to put us at the MGM signature and refund us some money back upon arrival. I never wanted to stay there in the first place because its not on the Strip . So here I am less then 48 hours until arrival at vegas and no where to stay that i was happy with. They did not offer us anything else on the strip that was comparable to the original two bedroom suite we originally booked. This was unacceptable and very upsetting. We asked for a refund and luckily found a two bedroom suite at the Vdara that was comparable in price. They tried to book us at MGM signature but I refused. These people almost ruined my vacation that I had planned months in advance.
