Mobile deposits take multiple days to go through, staff is unfriendly and rude, and overall this is not a place to trust with your banking needs. We are closing our accounts and taking our business elsewhere. On top of that, when I ordered checks through their web site (it connects automatically from your account page), the checks were wrong. But not the info you would think - routing number and acct were ok, some other number they put on there was not. Took hours on the phone to sort it out. Sick of the fees, sick of the $3 they take out every month for NO reason (yes, they charge you for your account). Right now we have multiple accounts with them between my husband, children and other family members and guess what - you've lost them all AZFCU.
