Absolute five-star experience! Ever since meeting my service advisor and Rick Jenkins, I couldn't be more happy with the customer service I have received at Findlay Toyota. Rick personally sat down with me after purchasing my 2008 FJ cruiser from Carmax and went over service recommendations as well as scheduled maintenance. I was especially happy that if my vehicle was in for service more than two days, a rental vehicle was offered at no cost. Would absolutely recommend!
