This hotel is fair. I've been staying here for 2 weeks now, once on the 18th floor and once on the 4th floor.
The 18th floor has terrible wifi. I would recommend staying on a lower floor if WiFi is important to you. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Water pressure in the shower is just "okay" too.
The views are pretty cool, looking out at either Consol Energy Arena, BNY Mellon, or other various city views. I was hoping to see the river(s) from floor 18, but that isn't possible.
Beds are heavenly and comfortable. location is prime! I could walk to anywhere in downtown within 10 mins. the free train is located right outside the hotel. Food options are amazing! the restaurant on site is actually really amazing.
