I like the Bellagio but at the same time there are things that I don't like about it.
Of course, everyone knows about the Fountains. They are fun to watch and always a big draw.
Once inside, the lobby is beautiful and the aroma of fresh flowers and other scents pumped in can be overwhelming.
The lobby is always crowded, especially around 3 PM, when you can get access to your room. Save time by downloading the MGM app for a mobile check in. However, be sure you have your confirmation number handy or you can't use the app.
The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are bright and big and include both a stand alone shower and a tub.
My biggest knock is as beautiful as the hotel is, it is not functional. Everything is expensive. I like a big fancy dinner and don't mind paying for it. However, for breakfast & lunch, I don't need a $25 & $40 dollar bill.
