The doctors and nurses are consistently great, which is why we've stayed with them. Unfortunately, as others have pointed out the office staff is a nightmare. They have been incredibly rude both in person and over the phone and they seem to go out of their way to make setting an appointment as difficult as possible.
Last time i went, we were 15 minues early. The first words out of the front desk girl's mouth: "You're late." We still had to wait 50 minutes past our appointment before they called us back.
