Tried to leave for work today and the garage went up 2 inches, then back down....no Bueno! Called A1 and scheduled them to come out between 3 and 5 the same day. Received a phone call at 2:45 with a time of arrival. Ryan Black showed up right on time!
Our garage door was fixed and working in just over an hour. He gave us some great advice on garage door safety and installed a shield to help protect us even more. He was very patient in explaining what needed to be done and why, and never did we feel pressured.
