I would give this hotel 0 stars, if that was an option. I called to make a reservation and I was on hold for 10 minutes, no one ever got back to me so I hung up. Then I made a reservation online and I received an email confirmation. When I arrived at the hotel, the associate at the front desk had no record of my room reservation until I showed him the confirmation email. He then informed me that I would not be able to stay at the hotel (even though I was able to make an online room reservation) because I live locally. Apparently this is a hotel policy but I was never made aware of this before I booked my stay online. The associate said the policy is listed online and I should have been told on the phone. I looked everywhere on the website and did not see this policy and I certainly was not informed of this on the phone. I find this policy to be completely ridiculous and nonsensical. I took my business to Home 2 Suites right up the road and was very happy there, as they do not have this same absurd policy. I will make sure to tell all of my family members and friends that visit the area to avoid this hotel.
