These ER persons are not the most rude people in Las Vegas. But they're working on it. Drug, Alcohol, violence cases from the south end of the Las Vegas Strip wind up at Spring Valley. The ER staff, conditioned by this experience, treat all comers equally - and badly. If your loved one needs a hospital and every place else is full, before you take 'em to Spring Valley, call a veterinarian.
