This was my second visit to this ER. First, a few years ago, it was for my appendix. I have to say it was a pleasant experience (as well as it could have gone for an organ almost blowing up inside of you). After the diagnosis, only about 30 minutes after I walked into the ER, I was on my way to the OR. One night stay and I was home the next day and the entire experience was great from the nurses, the doctors, and staff. Today, we had to take my son to the ER, after getting a bad hit in a hockey game. He is 11, and the staff greeted us immediately and determined that he needed attention right away. The nurse and doctors saw him within 5 minutes of arriving and after a short wait we had x-rays and head scan. We were discharged after a total of one hour and felt as if we had great care. No broken bones, but a concussion. The ER is amazing and I will go out of my way to always come here when the unfortunate things in life lead us to an ER.
