Worst service from the Chelsea. I called a few days prior to schedule a routine service. I was told i would have to pay nothing out of pocket because the serice was apart of my warrenty. Well, when i had gotten there she had no idea what i was talking about and it was a $200 service. I was told it would be 2 hours. Waited 2 hours only to be told i need my front brakes changed (not made at this). I was mad that i waited 4 hours after being told an hour and a half.
