I agree with others that zero stars should be given. I was threatened by multiple nurses and the head psychiatrist that if i kept asking to leave they would send me to a state hospital. They tell you its volutary but the second i saw 2000 dollars a day and refused to sign, they petitioned me and said if i didnt go i would go to a state facility. It felt like they were holding me for the money. I also stayed for 10 days after a suicide attempt. When i asked if i could go outside somewhere without smokers that isnt a cage on a roof, no one ever had time to take me. The nurses that were good had only bad things to say about this facility. I went there because i thought i would get some much needed help but after 3 hours in a holding room at 11 pm, i knew i was in for a complete nightmare. It was the scariest experience of my life. I dont even want to seek help anymore for fear of ending up in a facility like this again. This place should be closed or it should get some new management and a better plan. For 2000 a day, i should have had room service, organic food every meal, one on one counseling, and some real therapies, not arts and crafts. I just ended up doing everything they wanted so i could leave. If anyone tries to make you walk in those doors, run as fast as you can and hide. This is a money making operation with zero regard for the dignity or mental health of their patients.
