We have lived here for 7 years and when Fairfield was in charge of property management, we loved it. Over the past few years since Picerne has taken over, our rent has gone up and quality of everything, especially tenants and safety/security has gone down. Recently, we had vandalism with the fire extinguishers and fire hose closets and I've spoken to office management twice and nothing has been done. The fire extinguisher that was vandalized has yet to be replaced, 3-4 weeks later, and the water hose valve closet that was broken into still has glass everywhere all around it, inside it, and on the ground. We have had issues with ants several times, and our building is slanted and our patio door does not seal completely. We can't wait to leave.
