This place was good at first, and I usually prefer Chatime over the other 4 bubble tea places in this plaza because of their variety, but their service has honestly gotten terrible these last few months. This past weekend, my cousin ordered a large drink, and paid for a large drink. However, what he got was a regular sized one, even though the order sticker on it said this drink was to be a large size. When we went to the (asshole) cashier to get the order fixed, and he instructed the "tea-rista" to pour the regular-sized drink we were given into a large cup, and to fill the rest up with water. What we got was a diluted QQ Taiwan Mango Juice, and the urge to never go back to Chatime again. I can't believe I was so dedicated to this place that I even got the Elite Rewards Card. CoCo or Presotea from now on!
