The most incompetent staffs work here. School of molecular sciences "advisors" will not respond to emails. If you can't solve a problem, then at least direct my daughter to the right source. Receptionists for this advising office will not answer phone calls either because they are too busy gossiping. 4 calls were made during working office hour and I walked in 30 minutes later to find the receptionist in the advisor's area instead of in her seat answering phone calls. A returned call would have been appreciated. Instead of upgrading and building more fancy infrastructures, they NEED to hire more competent staffs. The management at ASU is so bad, you need to question the qualifications of these staff before sending your child here. It's more of a "self-learn" environment here, don't expect any major help from advisors.
