I was recently at this store to make an expensive jewelry purchase. this was my second visit, the first being my scouting trip to see if the had what I was looking for and they did. I stood at the counter for 15min before I had to ask for help. I explained to the sales associate what I was looking for and showed her the picture of the exact item that was in their case a few days before. She proceeded to look for a few seconds, maybe a minute before telling me they no longer had it. At that point she tried to dismiss me. I asked if she was able to check other stores to see if they had the item. She quickly replied if she doesn't have a item number she can't help me. I asked if she could call the stores instead of trying the computer system, again she quickly said if I don't have an item number she can't help me. At this point I was very frustrated with her lack of interest in trying to help me and make the sale. Not a fan!
