The showroom looks large and fancy, but you have to wonder who's paying for it. You are! In the multitude of add-ones they charge if you buy a car here. I've been several times, but rarely found the service to be too friendly. I get that they are a business, but I feel like they are only interested in extorting as much money out of you as possible rather than actually treating you with respect. If you want a coffee of snack whilst waiting, they charge you for that! Yup that's right, any other dealer this size, or even smaller would give you free drinks and snacks, but not here. I did eventually buy a car because they had the model I wanted, but they weren't clear with many details, and it was only when I pushed and pried did they pass on basic information to me. To Nurse it's all about getting the quick sell rather than caring for the customer. On pick up of the car they tried to force me to sign for it saying all was ok before I had even seen it! I'm planning on buying another new car in huge next 12 months or so, after the experiences here, it won't be from Nurse.
