I wish I could give 0 stars but then I could not let other fellow customers know. My husband and I did not get a choice where to stay because it was arranged due to the AC was not working in our rental home and could not take sleeping in above 80 degrees. We asked for non smoking
but of course did not get. There was dirt on rug and bathroom floor. One bath towell to share. A half of roll of toilet paper next to the empty paper cylinder of an existing roll. Pictures missing from exposed nails on wall. Broken dresser drawer hanging out but at least the AC worked ! ! Left before free Breakfast to go home and move beds from upstairs to living room for AC unit that was working. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again if I can help it.
