Needed some work on my retractable awning. Keith was on time for appointment to evaluate situation. He was able to warranty the arms. Called back promptly and set a time for appointment for repair work to be done. Received a call two days before scheduled date because crew was available earlier. came out next day both workers were prompt, efficient, courteous and repair was done in less than an hour.
