I purchased my insurance through Mrs. Rivlin, but when I was in an accident I had to file a claim (the first in my life, and I'm 46 and have been driving since I was 16), and the adjuster that was assigned to my claim was Tamara Borrell. Wow, Tamera Borrell is so unprofessional, condescending and just down right rude! I chose to be with Farmers after I got married so my husband and I could be on the same policy. What a bad choice that was.
