Lola was very helpful in getting me a car and upgrading the size for a decent price. Drove out of the lot in a new Chevy Equinox and it made the 2.5 hour drive to Sedona a lot more comfortable for an additional $25/day. Car was clean and drove nicely!. Original rental was booked through Allegiant Airlines so Lola let me know i could call Alamo to give them my Insider number and get points for the rental cost.
The return was really easy and as we cleaned up the small amount of garbage in the car from snacks and such, we were told we can just leave it all, by one of the Alamo employees. (Which we didn't do, but that was nice of him!)
2/6/18 Update - I called Alamo as Lola suggested, but was told their Insider program just gives you discounts, and you don't get to tally points, so I'm not sure what Lola meant, but good to know for my future bookings!
