Terrible customer service. Fidelity National Title over estimated our real estate tax withholding by $3,000 at COE. I've called them at least six times and had to either leave a voice mail message for a call back or I'd speak to someone who promised to research why we haven't received our overpayment and then call me back. I have yet to receive a call back from any of my inquiries or any kind of explanation as to why our overpayment is being held.
