Jospeh Porter and his partner James came on time which was a great start. You wouldn't believe what's in your air ducts until you see it for yourself. They clean out every single air vent. Took this huge machine in which it sucked out all the "bad stuff" you don't want your family to breath. They were both extremely professional and polite.
