Came here with my sister in law earlier this week. Did a 75-minute endurance workout. The pros: *Very clean and modern facility. It didn't feel like a workout studio typical to Pittsburgh or the general Midwest; it felt more like a SoulCycle or a Physique 57. As someone who travels and works out often, I often think that the amount by which atmosphere is thought to matter in Midwest studios is underestimated. Cycle Bar did not disappoint in this regard. *Upbeat and enthusiastic instructors. The music was also very upbeat. It's hard to stay high-energy for 75 minutes, but they made it happen. (Instructors were Andrea/Niki). Appreciated. *Very helpful in setting up the bike, talking you through shoe rental and the general facility, etc. Questions weren't deemed too simple or silly or anything. *Free shoe rental, water and fresh fruit. Always appreciated. Cons: *Email sent afterwards with calories burned (calculated by Cycle Bar) was off by over 200 from what my Apple Watch showed. Confusing. All in all, a fantastic workout. Highly recommended.
