Very disappointing , front desk friendly, checked in for weekend with friends celebrating 60th bday. Curtain broken , no refrigerator , guy laying in hallway by our room talking on phone . We ignored this weird but not disturbing after we entered room. He was by door stairwell on floor so didn't impede our entry .
Down hill next day , no clean towels or room cleaned after several reminders at 4, return at 11pm still room a mess no clean towels . Of course too late , checked out & wont stay here again . Used HH points , Hilton should add pints for terrible stay. This place needs to be remodeled & cleaned . Old AC , bathroom , funkier smell .
