Was not happy with my bakery order. I ordered a Elmo cake for my sons birthday a week prior. The woman told me that their printer was down so they would have to free hand the design. I said that was fine as long as it was clean. My fiancé went and picked up the cake the day of the party and sent me a picture and it was awful. The lines we jagged and not together. The sides of the cake were smeared with blue as if she didn't clean off her spatula before moving onto another color. The lid was smooshed into the back. And they spelt his name wrong. I returned the cake for a full refund. We went to another store. Never ordering a cake from them again.
