Terrible service!!! I only gave them 2 stars because they had designated parking spots in the front of a really busy parking lot and the store is clean. Other than that this store is not like the rest. They wanted to charge me $3 to print a return shipping label when I still had to pay to ship the return myself. Ripoff!!! Then the guy helped three other people who had come in the store after me. This is the worse UPS store I've ever been to. I know they are all individually franchised but this one has the worst customer service I've ever experienced
