I give them a four stars for their food quality. The mashed potatoes, gravy, roast turkey, chicken etc. are all wonderful. The green beans are just amazing. It's the dressing that we can't stomach, just way too much celery. Overpowers everything! The reason I give them a two star review, is because no matter how hard we try to explain our order in simple terms, repeat, confirm, they almost always get it wrong. At least 40% of the time we end up with dressing when we clearly say we want no dressing. Apparently there are mysterious rules and methods for ordering extra gravy that we cannot fathom. Sometimes we get charged for it, sometimes we get charged double for it, mystery pricing is always an effect on whatever we order to go. We even quit going for a while in hopes that it would get better. After a hiatus we ordered again tonight, and lo and behold, dressing on both of the turkey plates. Their food is good, but it's not worth the aggravation. It's a shame too, because we really do want to frequent the place.
