With family members that own spas, I have become very familiar with the business and massage techniques. Wei Wei Foot Spa provides good full body massages with hot stones and foot reflexology treatments. The venue has small rooms that are semi-private, so you can hear other customers in the next room.
The service itself is on par with other Chinese reflexology massage spas. However, the negative rating is based on the inappropriate pricing principles. The staff will present less expensive prices then insist on a mandatory tip. The owner will rudely insist on additional payment and will not allow you to leave unless you tip additional in cash. This should not be an acceptable practice.
