I wished I saw the reviews prior to hiring them. They quoted me 6 rooms for $95 plus $2 per step/stair over the phone. When they got there, I was told that it will cost $500+ because the carpets needed 'deep cleaning'. The carpets were just cleaned three months ago!!! I told them that the price was ridiculous. Just like what the other customers had experience, they had to keep calling the 'supervisor' and had to haggle. Ended up paying $400 for a mediocre job.
