I'm wondering if management has changed since these earlier reviews. I just used Pit Stop for the first time and it's going to be the only way I park for the airport in the future. Couldn't have been any smoother. We go to the airport on the Parkway, so go right by it - not out of the way at all since it's right off the exit. Shuttle was loading when we got there, so no wait (that was lucky timing - no idea how long we'd have had to have waited otherwise). The driver handled all of the luggage. Pickup was easy. Someone else must have called ahead of us because we only waited 3 minutes for the shuttle, along with two other parties. Again, driver was most courteous and helpful. We arrived after midnight and it was below 20 degrees. They had all the cars running and warmed up, put the luggage in the trunk, had the receipt on the seat, and we were off. So much easier than dragging your luggage to the airport parking lot, remembering where you parked, getting into a cold car, etc. Not sure what the fuss the other reviewers had about frequent user cards - the prices here are already lower than the longest term parking at the airport.
