Been living here for almost a whole year so I figured it's time to put in my review. Especially because the only other reviews are now a few years old. Moved here from southern CA for school without ever seeing it in person. I just did a lot of online research, but I am so glad we ended up here!! Big thing for me, never had any bug issues. Just moving here from California, the one thing I was afraid of the most was scorpions. Honestly, I bought a flash light with a black light and walked around at night with it to see if there was anything I should be worried about, I found nothing!! Not only was I worried for myself, but I have a dog so I was worried about walking her around at night! No scorpions, no bug issues here. They have dog bags for everyone. Sometimes they do run out, for a few days at most, but I don't think it's that big of a deal. I live here with my husband, no kids. Compared to our last apartment complex, there aren't a lot of kids running around which is something I like. Maybe you'll see some kids on the weekends or at the pool in the summer but that's about it. They have a jacuzzi and 2 pools here, one heated and one not. Three grills and a firepit for you to take advantage of. We've used them all soooo many times. We've never had any annoying neighbor issues. No major maintenance issues. Over all, I have been very happy living here. The location is AMAZING. Frys, whole foods, trader joes, and in n out all within walking distance. Our lease is up in just over a month so right now we're trying to decide what to do. Just thinking that moving away from this area might save us some money to be able to afford a bigger location since we have family visit a lot and right now all we have is a 1 bedroom. However, I must say, I am so happy that we ended up here. Don't want to leave, but for the sake of saving a few bucks we might have to.
