I've had many opportunities to go to the Pink's in LA, but I just can't stand waiting in lines for things. Oh please let me patronize your business. I'll do anything! I'll wait for an hour for the right to hand you money in exchange for food! Those kind of places just seem obscene to me, like they are disrespecting the customers valuable time just to seem more popular. The long lines places want to have that hip vibe like they just can't keep up with the demand, but realistically they could have hire more people or expand. But they choose not to because they WANT the long lines. But the location in Vegas doesn't have that kind of jackassery and I could just try their food without the surrounding crap. It was quite good! Very creative toppings. Good portions for the money. The dog itself had a proper snap and was juicy. I want to give it more than 3 stars, but 4 stars is entering fine dining territory. I'm surprised that after all these years Yelp has not done half star system yet to be more precise in the ratings. 3.5 stars would be the actual proper rating for this. It's worth a trip!
