I love coming to 20 Volume! My stylist Sandy is phenomenal! She takes the time to talk to me about how I want my hair to look and gives me honest and practical advice on how to reach my goals for my hair! I love the knowledge Sandy brings to her station about the Aveda product line! Sandy is so knowledgeable about the product line and never gets frustrated with my questions about how and when to use each product. I love how the salon has a gentleness and calming feeling when you walk in. There isn't a lot of unnecessary noise and it feels very surreal when in the salon. My favorite experience is the hand and arm massages that are given while having my hair shampooed. It is such a luxury that I look forward to for pampering on a regular basis!
