We recently moved from living in "Biltmore" to moving Downtown! It was a big move for us, and we couldn't be more happier.
From the street view, it gives this bigger then life appearance, and it invites you in!
When you walk through the double glass doors, you are instantly welcomed by the incredible Office team! With the background view of the gorgeous pool and beautiful water feature, the high excitement that you get with the staff is just the icing in the cake!
They welcome you in, offer water and begin with getting to know you and heading over to 1 of the 2 touch screen "tours".
The prices are exactly what we want. They are at a higher standard level where you will at least have a facade of exceptional standards. The people who live near you most likely have good careers and understand the comforts of being at home, but enjoy being active enough to utilize the gym and other amenities appropriately.
Oh man, the amenities are beyond incredible!!

Hopefully the other stores opening underneath us will have high customer service awareness unlike the Press Coffee shop.
