Steinberg diagnostic knew about the type of testing we needed on 9/27/2016 and they scheduled us for a test at Steinberg on Shadow lane for 10/4/2016 at 8:30 am. We arrived at the Shadow lane location at 8:15am. They informed us that they didn't have the correct machine to do the type of test we needed and we had to go to Anthem location or Durango and the 215- both over 20 miles away. I ask why didn't someone contact us? The manager stated their new scheduling system doesn't let them know the type you need until the morning of your testing. BULL !#*& DON'T GO TO STEINBERG! ! Only go to DESERT RADIOLOGY !!!
