What can I say? All the Best Westerns it would seem are terrible!!! I remember a time when all the Best Westerns were the BEST! Always comfy beds and warm amenities! Not anymore! This Brand new Best Western in Boulder City NV and I mean BRAND NEW, told me the beds were comfy! They are as hard as a rock!! We stayed in a Best Western in New Mexico and the same thing rock hard spring beds!!!! It's upsetting when you book these non refundable rooms like this and after driving exhaustively 3500 miles you want to unwind and get rest! Nope! Another night of insomnia because BW doesn't care about the comfort of their guests but rather lining their own pockets! That's it for me! I will never stay at another BW again. Next time I will spend the extra $50.00 and go to one of their competitors where I can get some rest!
