I started a Crossfit Challenge here over a week ago. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They encourage you every step of the way, even sending emails of motivation and support. After working out on my own for a year, I realized I needed more of a push and a challenge, and CrossFit Veni Vidi Vici is exactly what I was looking for.
