I've been going to elaines for awhile now and I have to say I'm not impressed. I only go to this nail salon because they're open later than most salons and its the closest to my home....basically just settling.
The employees that have done my pedi and manis seem like they are always rushing. They do good job but I always find a flaw as soon as I leave. It's either a nip on my finger, uneven polish, and the latest time I went the lady didn't even massage my hand after a gel manicure... I'm not picky or a difficult to person to please but I strongly believe if you pay for something you should definitely get what you deserve. I've always been respectful to the employees and I always tip even when I'm not 100 percent happy with the results but I had to put my foot down finally when I felt like they rushed their service on me.
